Pine Community School
Welcome to Our School!
Pine Community School is an independent democratic community primary school for children situated in the leafy bushland of Arana Hills, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We are committed to providing a caring, harmonious environment where the academic, physical, social, emotional and creative development of each individual student is attained to their maximum potential. This is achieved through small, multi-age settings, with a high teacher to student ratio, where teachers, parents and the community work together to nurture positive self-esteem and encourage all students to become responsible and motivated.
Our school turns 40!
On Saturday 22nd July, Pine Community School celebrated our 40th Anniversary. (1982 to 2023). Please enjoy our anniversary booklet below.

Sorry, No Current Vacancies...
We sincerely wish we had room to accommodate all families who wish to attend our democratic community school. Unfortunately, we are overwhelmed with applicants and we only have a small school. We have full waiting lists up to 2027. For more information, please see our Enrolment Policy on the Policy Documents page.
We are hoping to investigate the possibilities of opening a second campus of our school in the next few years, to help more families.
